Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF22-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,336 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF22-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RASSF4, SORBS1, and SORBS1_T497. Each is linked with ZNF22-AS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF22-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF22-AS1 results are reported.
