The most reproducible ZNF212-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA recombination, Regulation of double-strand break repair, and Regulation of DNA repair. Each is linked with ZNF212 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF212-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF212 results are reported.
