Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF212 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ZNF212 data layer compared with 2 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher ZNF212 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF212 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SCLC and BRCA show a favorable association.

COAD, ACC, and SCLC are the cancer types where ZNF212 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
