ZNF208

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF208 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,081 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF208-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAVIN3, AKT3, and SRPX. Each is linked with ZNF208 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF208-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF208 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF208 versus CAVIN3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF208→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF208) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
