Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF205 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 470 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF205-associated genes across cancer lineages are AKR7A2P2, CARD10, and FXR1. Each is linked with ZNF205 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF205-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF205 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF205 versus AKR7A2P2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.
