Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF205 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ZNF205 data layer compared with 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher ZNF205 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF205 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UVM and HNSC show a favorable association.

UVM, LIHC, and ACC are the cancer types where ZNF205 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
