Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF169 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,183 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF169-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDRT15P7, RNU1-62P, and VDAC1. Each is linked with ZNF169 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF169-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF169 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDRT15P7 grouped by ZNF169-low versus ZNF169-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF169→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF169) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
