ZNF141

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF141 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,272 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF141-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NELFA, NELFB, and CTBP1. Each is linked with ZNF141 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF141-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF141 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF141 versus NELFA in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF141→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF141) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
