ZNF141

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF141 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,567 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF141-associated genes across cancer lineages are TLE4, HIPK3, and KLRB1. Each is linked with ZNF141 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF141-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF141 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF141 versus TLE4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF141→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF141) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
