Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF131 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,746 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF131-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR70, RFC2, and SF3B6. Each is linked with ZNF131 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF131-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF131 results are reported.
