ZMYND8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZMYND8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 252 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZMYND8-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC3B, OR52B2, and TFAP2D. Each is linked with ZMYND8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZMYND8-to-partner and partner-to-ZMYND8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LRRC3B grouped by ZMYND8-low versus ZMYND8-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZMYND8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZMYND8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
