ZMYND15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZMYND15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,827 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZMYND15-associated genes across cancer lineages are RASSF1, TIPIN, and DCLRE1B. Each is linked with ZMYND15 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZMYND15-to-partner and partner-to-ZMYND15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RASSF1 grouped by ZMYND15-low versus ZMYND15-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZMYND15→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZMYND15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
