Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZMYND15 RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ZMYND15 data layer compared with 5 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher ZMYND15 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZMYND15 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and PAAD show a favorable association.
SKCM, PAAD, and CESC are the cancer types where ZMYND15 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
