ZIM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZIM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZIM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C14orf180, KRTAP1-3, and OR10D3. Each is linked with ZIM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZIM2-to-partner and partner-to-ZIM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C14orf180 grouped by ZIM2-low versus ZIM2-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZIM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZIM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
