ZIM2

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZIM2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ZIM2 data layer compared with 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher ZIM2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZIM2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and GBM show a favorable association.

ACC, LIHC, and UCEC are the cancer types where ZIM2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
