Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZIC5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,900 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZIC5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDCA8_S219, CEBPZ, and MCM3. Each is linked with ZIC5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZIC5-to-partner and partner-to-ZIC5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZIC5 versus CDCA8_S219 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZIC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZIC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
