The most reproducible ZIC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are LIPM, IFNA13, and OR9Q2. Each is linked with ZIC5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZIC5-to-partner and partner-to-ZIC5 results are reported.
