ZIC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZIC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,316 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZIC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMD9, POC1A, and MND1. Each is linked with ZIC4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZIC4-to-partner and partner-to-ZIC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMD9 grouped by ZIC4-low versus ZIC4-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZIC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZIC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
