ZG16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZG16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 306 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZG16-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGB1P50, RN7SL248P, and LINC02340. Each is linked with ZG16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZG16-to-partner and partner-to-ZG16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMGB1P50 grouped by ZG16-low versus ZG16-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZG16→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZG16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
