Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFP91-CNTF RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,386 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFP91-CNTF-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of telomere capping, Mitotic cytokinesis, and Interstrand cross-link repair. Each is linked with ZFP91-CNTF in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP91-CNTF-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP91-CNTF results are reported.
