Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZFP91-CNTF RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ZFP91-CNTF data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher ZFP91-CNTF RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZFP91-CNTF expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and UCS show a favorable association.

MESO, ACC, and KICH are the cancer types where ZFP91-CNTF RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
