ZFP41

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFP41 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,778 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFP41-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PUF60, RBM12B, and SCRIB. Each is linked with ZFP41 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP41-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP41 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZFP41 versus PUF60 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFP41→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFP41) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
