ZFP41

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFP41 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,623 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFP41-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP221, RN7SL802P, and USP17L15. Each is linked with ZFP41 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP41-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP41 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP221 grouped by ZFP41-low versus ZFP41-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFP41→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFP41) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
