Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZFP41 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,110 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFP41-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, Positive regulation of intracellular estrogen receptor signaling pathway, and Regulation of pattern recognition receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with ZFP41 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP41-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP41 results are reported.
