ZFAT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFAT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,831 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFAT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSIP1, LMNB1, and NONO. Each is linked with ZFAT in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFAT-to-partner and partner-to-ZFAT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZFAT versus PSIP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
