Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZDHHC3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,758 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZDHHC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL12P44, VIPR1, and SRGN. Each is linked with ZDHHC3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZDHHC3-to-partner and partner-to-ZDHHC3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZDHHC3 versus RPL12P44 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZDHHC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZDHHC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
