RPL12P44

associated omics data
ribosomal protein L12 pseudogene 44Genealiases: []

Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RPL12P44 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RPL12P44 expression is associated with patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RPL12P44 is differentially expressed in 6, with the highest sampling consensus in PAAD. Additionally, RPL12P44 RNA expression shows 11,985 significant protein co-abundance associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LSCC. Together, these results highlight THCA, PAAD, and LSCC as cancer lineages where RPL12P44 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes RPL12P44 survival associations across molecular data types. RPL12P44 RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (20). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

This table ranks reproducible RPL12P44 RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High RPL12P44 expression shows unfavorable associations in THCA, KIRC, LUSC and LIHC, but favorable associations in BRCA and UVM. The THCA Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the high-expression group declining faster, consistent with the unfavorable association (log-rank p = .002). Together, the overview and detailed table identify THCA as the clearest survival context for RPL12P44 RNA expression.

This table ranks reproducible tumor–normal expression differences for RPL12P44. A negative fold-change indicates higher expression in normal tissue than in tumor tissue. RPL12P44 shows lower tumor expression in KIRC and KIRP and higher tumor expression in PAAD, LIHC, ESCA and COAD. The PAAD box plot shows higher RPL12P44 RNA expression in tumor versus normal tissue (log2 FC = +0.312, t-test p = .031).
