ZDHHC21

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZDHHC21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,885 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZDHHC21-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DENND4C, SMARCA2, and OSBPL3. Each is linked with ZDHHC21 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZDHHC21-to-partner and partner-to-ZDHHC21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZDHHC21 versus DENND4C in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZDHHC21→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZDHHC21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
