Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZDHHC21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,215 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZDHHC21-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of organelle assembly, Post-Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, and Golgi to plasma membrane transport. Each is linked with ZDHHC21 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZDHHC21-to-partner and partner-to-ZDHHC21 results are reported.
