Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZC3H8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,994 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZC3H8-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLR1B, NIFK, and CKS1B. Each is linked with ZC3H8 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZC3H8-to-partner and partner-to-ZC3H8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZC3H8 versus POLR1B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZC3H8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZC3H8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
