Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZC3H12C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,785 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZC3H12C-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND4LP20, FECH, and TMX2P1. Each is linked with ZC3H12C in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZC3H12C-to-partner and partner-to-ZC3H12C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTND4LP20 grouped by ZC3H12C-low versus ZC3H12C-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZC3H12C→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZC3H12C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
