Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZC3H12A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,556 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZC3H12A-associated genes across cancer lineages are JUNB, SBNO2, and BCL3. Each is linked with ZC3H12A in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZC3H12A-to-partner and partner-to-ZC3H12A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZC3H12A versus JUNB in UCS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZC3H12A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZC3H12A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
