The most reproducible ZC3H12A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNIP1, IKBKE, and NFKBIZ. Each is linked with ZC3H12A in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZC3H12A-to-partner and partner-to-ZC3H12A results are reported.
