Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZC3H12A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZC3H12A-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPACA1, GALR3, and KRT84. Each is linked with ZC3H12A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZC3H12A-to-partner and partner-to-ZC3H12A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPACA1 grouped by ZC3H12A-low versus ZC3H12A-high in OVARY.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZC3H12A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZC3H12A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
