Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZC3H11A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,400 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZC3H11A-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIAA1522, ENOX1, and TIMP3. Each is linked with ZC3H11A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZC3H11A-to-partner and partner-to-ZC3H11A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZC3H11A versus KIAA1522 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZC3H11A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZC3H11A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
