The most reproducible ZBTB7A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, Negative regulation of inflammasome-mediated signaling pathway, and Cilium movement involved in cell motility. Each is linked with ZBTB7A in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB7A-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB7A results are reported.
