Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZBTB7A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,896 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZBTB7A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, Negative regulation of inflammasome-mediated signaling pathway, and Cilium movement involved in cell motility. Each is linked with ZBTB7A in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB7A-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB7A results are reported.
