Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBTB39 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,308 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZBTB39-associated genes across cancer lineages are NELFCD, SPAG5, and CPA5. Each is linked with ZBTB39 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB39-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB39 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZBTB39 versus NELFCD in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB39→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB39) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
