ZBTB22

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBTB22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,102 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBTB22-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GLO1, LEMD2, and AGPAT1. Each is linked with ZBTB22 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB22-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZBTB22 versus GLO1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZBTB22→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZBTB22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
