Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZBTB11-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,212 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZBTB11-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNF148, PCNP, and TRMT10C. Each is linked with ZBTB11-AS1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZBTB11-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-ZBTB11-AS1 results are reported.
