Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZBTB11-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ZBTB11-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher ZBTB11-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZBTB11-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UVM and ESCA show a favorable association.

KICH, UVM, and UCEC are the cancer types where ZBTB11-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
