ZAP70

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZAP70 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,881 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZAP70-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD2, ARHGAP9, and CCR7. Each is linked with ZAP70 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZAP70-to-partner and partner-to-ZAP70 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZAP70 versus CD2 in SKCM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZAP70→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZAP70) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
