ZAP70

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZAP70 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,719 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZAP70-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRAP2, IL2RB, and RASAL3. Each is linked with ZAP70 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZAP70-to-partner and partner-to-ZAP70 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZAP70 versus GRAP2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZAP70→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZAP70) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
