ZAP70

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZAP70 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,456 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZAP70-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU2-42P, SLC7A11, and CHAF1B. Each is linked with ZAP70 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZAP70-to-partner and partner-to-ZAP70 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU2-42P grouped by ZAP70-low versus ZAP70-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZAP70→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZAP70) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
