Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZAP70 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,847 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZAP70-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with ZAP70 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZAP70-to-partner and partner-to-ZAP70 results are reported.
