ZAP70

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZAP70 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 744 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZAP70-associated genes across cancer lineages are F11, CLEC2A, and LYZL2. Each is linked with ZAP70 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZAP70-to-partner and partner-to-ZAP70 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, F11 grouped by ZAP70-low versus ZAP70-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZAP70→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZAP70) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
