Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, YY1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,978 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible YY1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NRDE2, NEK9, and XRCC3. Each is linked with YY1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YY1-to-partner and partner-to-YY1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, YY1 versus NRDE2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YY1→partner) and Y-score (partner→YY1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
