YY1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YY1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,466 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YY1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR5571, RNU1-17P, and AMELY. Each is linked with YY1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YY1-to-partner and partner-to-YY1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR5571 grouped by YY1-low versus YY1-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YY1→partner) and Y-score (partner→YY1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
