YY1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YY1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YY1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, GAPDH, and MEK1. Each is linked with YY1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YY1-to-partner and partner-to-YY1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by YY1-low versus YY1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YY1→partner) and Y-score (partner→YY1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
