YWHAEP5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YWHAEP5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 428 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YWHAEP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRK3, GZMB, and CINP. Each is linked with YWHAEP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YWHAEP5-to-partner and partner-to-YWHAEP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GRK3 grouped by YWHAEP5-low versus YWHAEP5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YWHAEP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→YWHAEP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
