YWHAE

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, YWHAE RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,951 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible YWHAE-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TSR1, SPAG7, and NCBP3. Each is linked with YWHAE in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both YWHAE-to-partner and partner-to-YWHAE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, YWHAE versus TSR1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (YWHAE→partner) and Y-score (partner→YWHAE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
